Premium Wheels
The car has a set of Boyd Coddington's Genesis wheels. However, unlike a normal set of these wheels, this is a one-off set. The builder has a relationship with Chris Coddington, and has provided him with some custom car pieces that he resells...as a favor, he makes one-off wheels for his customers. Nobody on the planet has a set like these...one-offs.
The rubber which wraps these impressive wheels is the Michelon Pilot Sport Tires. Initially I wanted larger tires on the back, but after I got a schooling from the builder that even tires all around handle better (and as a side bonus can be cross rotated), I elected for the better handling / the safer choice. All the tires are 285 / 40 / ZR17. The tires handle great, and both the tires and wheels are in great shape.
